This applies to both Marketplace products and MCModels assets, with all communication handled via Discord. When reaching out, please include the product or model name, platform (Bedrock device), This helps us troubleshoot fast.

Do you do refunds?

Refunds for Minecraft Marketplace purchases are handled by the platform where the purchase was made (such as Microsoft, Xbox, or Minecraft support). Refunds for MCModels purchases are handled directly through MCModels. If something went wrong or you need assistance, please contact us first via Discord and we’ll do our best to help.
