Marketplace + MCModels + general support
Can I use your content in my own world?
For Marketplace Add-Ons, you can usually add them to compatible worlds depending on the pack design. Check the Marketplace description for requirements and limitations. For custom use (events/servers), contact us on Discord or email.
What platforms is your Marketplace content available on?
Our Marketplace releases are built for Minecraft Bedrock platforms (Console, Mobile, and Windows) where the Marketplace is available.
Where do I find your Marketplace packs?
Open Minecraft → Marketplace → search for Block Studios. If we shared a direct link on our site, that’s the fastest route.
What is MCModels and what do I get there?
MCModels is our catalogue of high-quality models. If you need help with a specific model, include the model name, the version, and where you’re using it (project/tool) when contacting support.
Something isn’t working — what info should I send?
Send: product/model name, platform (Bedrock device), Minecraft version, steps to reproduce, and screenshots/video if possible. This helps us troubleshoot fast.
Do you do refunds?
Refunds are handled by the platform you purchased on (Microsoft/Xbox/Minecraft support). If something went wrong, message us first — we’ll try to help you solve it.

We do not offer user accounts or login functionality on this website. There is no contact form. Communication is handled via Discord or email.
4. Recruitment (“Work with us”)
Job applications are handled through a third-party platform: Bucket of Crabs. The data you submit (such as name, contact details, portfolio links, and application messages) is processed solely to assess your application and communicate with you.
Application data is retained for up to 4 weeks unless you give explicit consent to keep your data for a longer period.
5. Cookies & tracking
We aim to minimize tracking. If non-essential cookies or analytics are used, consent will be requested where required by law. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
6. Third-party services
We use or link to third-party services including:
- Discord (community & support)
- Email services (communication)
- Minecraft Marketplace & MCModels (payments and digital product distribution)
